Terms and Conditions

All Geetanjali pieces are tailored designs, either meticulously handcrafted or precision-made to order. This bespoke process ensures your piece is unique and created specifically for you. Please contact us for estimated completion times, as turnaround varies by design. If you have a firm deadline, reach out before ordering to ensure we can accommodate you. Note that turnaround times are approximate and subject to change.


Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Domestic (Australia): Sent via Express service with Australia Post, including full insurance and tracking.
  • International: We ship worldwide via FedEx. Cost is approximately $100 but may vary by destination.
  • Note: Shipping time is separate from the production timeframe.


Duties and Taxes

The recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes levied by the destination country. Payment is required to release the order upon arrival.


Returns & Refunds

Goods sold are non-refundable. Because our items are tailored and made to order, we cannot offer exchanges or returns for change of mind. Please contact us regarding broken or faulty items.


Faults

Geetanjali offers are tailored creations; as such, subtle variations may occur, especially in handcrafted elements. While we use premium stones and metals, jewellery must be worn with care. Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. If you believe a piece is faulty, please contact us at contact@geetanjali.com.au for an assessment.


Product Imagery

We aim to represent the scale, finish, and colour of our pieces as accurately as possible. However, stones may appear different under various lighting conditions. If you need further imagery to confirm your understanding of a piece before purchasing, our team is happy to assist.


Repairs

Repairs are assessed case-by-case and may incur a fee. Contact us for further information.


Sizing

For resizing inquiries, please email contact@geetanjali.com.au. We strongly recommend confirming your accurate size with our customer care team or a sizing guide prior to placing your order.


Stock Availability

Our webstore features live listings. As a bespoke studio, most of our work consists of one-off tailored pieces.


Our Stones

We use natural stones that vary in shade and colour. Each stone is unique, so the stone in your finished piece may not perfectly match the online image. This natural variation is expected and is not a fault.


Payment Methods

Secure online payments are available via our gateway. We also accept direct transfers or credit card payments via phone at +61 424 956 697.


Your Personal Information

Your data is protected. We respect your privacy and will never share or sell your information. You may receive updates on new products or promotions, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds

Eligible purchases can be exchanged for a store credit, issued in gift card form, if exchanged within 14 days of pick up or delivery. The value excludes postage fees where applicable and is subject to a 20% restocking fee once the item(s) has been inspected. Store credit is valid for 12 months. Jewellery will not be accepted for exchange and credit if it is damaged or has been worn. Refunds are not permitted.

Resized or customised jewellery and made-to-order bespoke pieces are final sale and ineligible for returns.

Your item is eligible for an exchange if it meets the following criteria:

  • It is not customised, altered or a bespoke piece
  • The item is returned in its original condition; unworn, undamaged and in original packaging
  • It is returned within the specified 14-day timeframe from pick up or delivery
  • The order is returned without any damage from transit at the customer’s end


Geetanjali will confirm an exchange upon inspection of the received item. Should any of the above criteria not be met, we have the right to refuse the exchange and arrange a return at the customer’s expense.

We do not offer refunds for shipping costs, card fees or items damaged in shipping. If your jewellery is damaged on delivery, we require appropriate documentation to determine if a replacement or repair is required. Please take detailed photos of the outside of the box, packaging materials and damaged item(s) then email contact@geetanjali.com.au within seven days of delivery.

Faults

Although our designs are made with the highest quality stones, metals and materials, like any jewellery, our pieces should be handled and worn with care. Normal wear and tear on jewellery items is not considered a manufacturing fault.

If you feel a piece of jewellery is faulty, or if breakage has occurred, please contact our team at contact@geetanjali.com.au .  The piece will be assessed in line with our warranty guidelines by one of our jewellers.


Imagery of Product

We take great care to ensure that all imagery of our products is a fair representation of the scale, finish and colour of a piece. Dimensions are supplied on every product listing.

However, we hope you understand in different lighting colours and shades of stones may differ from imagery. If you require further imagery, please reach out to our team and we will happily supply this where possible. Please take care to ensure your full understanding of the scale prior to purchasing.
